At Campani, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands, ensuring it meets our standards of sophistication and authenticity.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction. We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide and product descriptions before placing an order.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is reported as damaged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage is submitted with your request.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or send out a replacement at no additional cost.

Campani reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
